Auto Hide after Clicked

Hey Stevan, Thanks for your Generous plugin. I am looking for a way to hide the TOC after clicked. Below are the details as exactly what I am looking for,
I have selected auto hide table initially in settings.
When user clicks on Toggle, it opens as dropdown.
When user clicks on any item inside the table, user will be taken to that item, but the table still remains open.

I have a large TOC with many lines. When the first content is just below the TOC, it creates a problem for the user. To read the content, they have to manually click on toggle to close the table.

So, is there a way, when the user clicks on any item, they will be taken to that line and at the same time the table should also automatically toggle back?
