auto generated translation

First of all, thank you for your great plugin!

I have just one issue: since I installed the plugin on a german wordpress site for a friend, the setting page in the backend is automatically translated in German. Which would be very comfortable if the translation would be correct. In some cases I really had to use my imagination to figure out, what the options meant! So my question is:
How can I adjust the auto generated translation? I would gladly share my adaption with you, when I’m done.
