Auto-fetch Product Title in Hidden Field

Hello,
I would like to add a simple order form on my product pages. That’s pretty easy to do with a function that shows the form right after the add-to-cart button.

Now, my query is, in that form, I want to have a visible or hidden field which automatically fetches/locks the product titles and whenever the customer fills out the form while staying on that page, that specific product title gets saved in the entry as well so in that way, we can know what the customer have ordered.

Is there any way we can achieve something like this? Would appreciate it a lot.
