Auto-expand threaded replies

Hello,

I have been using WP Support Plus and have really enjoyed it so far. My question is related to the threading of comments on a ticket. Right now only the most recent comment is expanded. I can then click on another reply to expand it (which closes the other one):

Is there a way to have a thread load with all replies open? What modifications would be required to the CSS or JavaScript?
