auto-excerpt applies to unrestricted posts as well as restricted

  • setting auto-excerpt on results in all posts being excerpted, including unrestricted ones that i don’t want excerpted…is there any way around this, other than using the <!– more –> tag?

    Probably…

    The auto-excerpt is under review for the 3.5.0 release as there were some general questions that popped up recently around post restriction configuration. So I’ll add this to that review list.
