Auto enrol not working

  • Hi,

    I have learnpress installed in the site. when customers order i have to manually assign the courses for them to have access. I checked the settings and auto enrol is ticked. so i don’t know what’s going on.

    Hi,

    Auto enrol only work when the status of the order is complete, you need check the status of the order

    Yeah. But the thing is when they purchase a course i have to manually enroll them instead of them having access immediately
