Auto display comments

I’m not seeing this in the blog settings and wonder how it can be done. I don’t want readers to be forced to open the comments. When a comment is posted I want it displayed. HuffPro does this and having the comments available right after the article tends to extend the visitor’s reading experience. Is there a way to do this easily?
