Auto delete un-activated user accounts after x days

Hi Support-Team,

is it possible to auto-delete user accounts that are not activated within a certain number of days? We are getting a substantial number of spam registrations that are never activated and it is becoming tiresome to delete them manually.

Also I’d be happy to hear your thoughts on preventing SPAM via UM registration forms in the first place. Any best practice setup suggestions to consider?
