Hello, I urgently need to know why the plugin don’t auto-delete clients accounts from the website after the expiration of the monthly subscription. We need quick answer because clients who pay only one month will continue to be members and get access to all content if we don’t delete them manually

I think you misunderstand the plugin. You can set paid users to Level1, as example, and allow only them to see your best (paid) content. All other can stay Level0 (free) member forever, and can’t see protected content.

Sure, if you still need members to be deleted, I can help you, but why to loose the possibility to send follow-up email to them later, by simply restructuring the site?

@krumch I haven’t misunderstand the plugin, the problem is that our customers have three type of subscriptions:
    – monthly subscription
    -tri-month subscription
    – annual subscription

We use CCBILL as payment system and when they try to re-bill the customer for the monthly renewal and the customer doesn’t have money or ask to deactivate the account the S2Member plugin doesn’t update the status of the customer taken from the CCBILL customers list.
This customers can continue to use its account to enter inside the website as premium member and so we need to delete them manually. Now we have 500 customers so it has become very difficult to update this list. Please how can we solve this problem?

Sorry about my words, seems you understand s2M good enough.

Still I think that members must be downgraded to L0, instead to be deleted. If this don’t works with CCBILL, and you are a Pro customer, please ask admins. At “s2M Pro info” page at plugin’s admin you have a link to Pro support forum.

@saver1991 If you want users to be deleted instead of demoted to Free Subscriber (Level 0) when their subscription expires, you can configure this in s2Member ? ccBill Options ? Automatic EOT Behavior. Simply set “Membership EOT Behavior (Demote or Delete)?” to Delete (erase their account completely).

If you are having trouble with ccBill not updating your users when their account expires, please ensure that all of the s2Member ccBill configuration has been completed:

    • s2Member ? ccBill Options ? ccBill Account Details
    • s2Member ? ccBill Options ? ccBill IPN / Bg Post Integration
    • s2Member ? ccBill Options ? ccBill DataLink Integration
    • s2Member ? ccBill Options ? ccBill Approval/Denial URLs

If you need further assistance, please open a support ticket.
