auto-create template based page based on post

Hi,

I would like to automatically generate a page when a post is created with a predefined custom field. The generated page would be created using a predefined template and the content of the post.

The reason I am trying to do this is that I have multiple users creating posts, some of which relate to a real world event requiring an RSVP. The pages created would be based on predefined templates that contain all of the information necessary for users to RSVP to the events.

does anyone know how to accomplish this or have a different suggestion on how I might accomplish the same thing.
