Auto coupon is not working

Hi, thank you for reporting a potential issue. Can you review the coupon settings by adding ?troubleshoot to the end of the cart URL? If you are logged in as an admin, this will give you a readout of why the coupon may not be applied. You may also paste that information into a reply in this thread to review further.

It turned out that when I added ‘?troubleshoot’ to the end of the cart URL, the coupon was, in fact, applied successfully. However, I noticed an alert message at the bottom of the page reading-“No qualifying cart items”.

Ok great! So the troubleshoot parameter will try each coupon and help explain any issues. In this case, it looks like sy3v33gm could have been applied successfully because criteria was met.

The coupon NEEVNBKF was not auto applied because it might be tied to WooCommerce settings, like specific products or other settings on the coupon setup page > Usage Restriction. If some usage restrictions are present on the coupon, WooCommerce won’t allow the coupon to apply. For instance, if usage restrictions are for specific products, those products must be in cart for the coupon to auto apply.

I have reviewed Woocommerce settings and restrictions but found nothing wrong.

The auto coupon was used to be applied with no issue with the same Woocommerce settings!
