I have created a table that has 3 rows and 2 columns.

The columns on the first 2 rows are combined with the #colspan# tag on the 2nd column, since I want them to be merged.

However, the columns on the 3rd row do not have the same width.

I have tried the following with no success: [table id=2 column_widths=”50%|50%” /]

How can I make the columns on the 3rd row have the same width?

    Thank you

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

For this, you should not use the column_widths Shortcode parameter, but CSS code. Have you tried the code from the TablePress FAQ at https://tablepress.org/faq/column-widths/ ?
If so, can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

(And don’t forget that your (visually) second column is technically the third, so you will need to use .column-3.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Good day,

Thank you for the very fast reply!
I managed to edit it as I wanted with the CSS code. I was using the wrong column number!

    Thank you once again
