Auto change status for ticket

    Hey @ all,
    yesterday i have made an update to 3.0.9. Before this we had a function with the Addon “auto close tickets” that we can change the status to “overdue” after x days now it is only possible to close the ticket after x days. Anyone have an idea how i can change this like before ?

    Hello Nico,

    You can add more options to the close statutes, please go to Dashboard > Support > Ticket List > More Settings > Advanced > Close Statutes. Add some options here and it will be available in the Automatic Close ticket.
