    When a customer books and appointment, he receives a booking confirmation, and a second later followed by a cancellation notification of that booking. This is only happening when the admin email in services is set to an email that is part of the website domain. If I put gmail, the problem goes away.

    Any ideas what’s going on?

    Hello,

    This could happen because admin email contains the cancellation link and on your server there is an scanner activated which opens links in the notification to check the content.

    To be sure, please post here the content of the admin’s message template.

    That was definitely it. Outlook scanner must have checked the link and cancelled the appointment.
