    We are getting lots of failed wooocommerce orders from spammers. they use different email address but same IP address. It seems the auto block after 2 failed attempts settings is not taking effect in this situation.

    any suggestions to make this work?

    Are those order being placed from express checkout ?

    No using the main checkout with credit card payment method.

    I checked your checkout page and our required fields are there in checkout page as needed.

    Are those submission being recorded in our spam submissons tab ?

    There are lots of entries in the spam submissions tab. But not matching the IP addresses from the failed orders. There are some instances of failed orders that have the same IP address, but it is not being blocked, or even showing in spam submissions list.

    Do you have a solution for this? I am running into the same problem. I need to manually add the bad IP to the blocked list, but there’s no way to do that.
