Auto blacklist spam comment IP's (or integrate with akismet spam)

I had requested this on the other forum before you all moved here.
It would be great to take all spam comments that akismet filters and click a button in the spam folder to blacklist all IPS and also maybe ban them across your network. Seems like we could really make bots a problem of the past utilizing the network monitoring;
Right now this is a painful manual item.
