Auto Approval and Free Appointments

    Moin moin,
    currently I am searching for a booking platform for our little sailing club to manage the free boat reservations for out members. This plugin seems to fit in many parts, but before we are going to order the full license (we need the hourly feature), I want to ask if two situations would be possible:
    * To make it easy for administration, would it be possible to create an Auto approval for designated calendars (checkbox)? This is an obligatory request from club administration, the process should work automatic.
    * Currently we have to enter a 0 Euro balance for an appointment, is it possible to hide it completly? (minor request, club members would arrange with zero amount ??

    Wait, found the “Enable instant approval” ! Unexpected in Theme instead of Calendar, my fault.
    So if there is a way to hide the price information in the calendar itself, we are very happy. Looking forward to get my aproval of the club to obtain a license.
