Auto Apply Sub-Pages

Thank you for your plugin “Conditional Menus”. I am combining three sub-domains into a single domain, making WordPress hosting affordable. I hope your support for this plugin continues.
When adding a page, I select the appropriate parent page. In Conditional Menu’s “MANAGE LOCATIONS > PAGES” I select AUTO APPLY SUB-PAGES. It works as expected; however, the AUTO APPLY SUB-PAGES selection does not “stick”. The free plugin does not remember the AUTO APPLY SUB-PAGES selection. So, each time I add a new page (and identify its parent), I must still manually adjust the conditions to both the desktop and off-canvas menus.
About 3 weeks ago you replied to @bravo-computing about a similar problem, saying that bravo’s issue would be solved in the next release. Is that also true for the problem I described?
