- If you have provided any coupon restrictions for the coupon like product/category or any other restriction, check if the eligibility criteria are met for the coupon to get applied.

- Deactivate every plugin on your site except for Smart Coupon for WooCommerce and WooCommerce.
- Check whether the coupon gets applied automatically in this state.
