    3. If you have provided any coupon restrictions for the coupon like product/category or any other restriction, check if the eligibility criteria are met for the coupon to get applied.

    To better understand your coupon configuration and identify any potential issues, please provide screenshots of the tabs of the coupon edit page for any of the auto-apply coupons you have created.

    Additionally, please share the WooCommerce System Status report. You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report.

    Furthermore, for troubleshooting purposes, let’s try the following steps:

    1. Deactivate every plugin on your site except for Smart Coupon for WooCommerce and WooCommerce.
    2. Check whether the coupon gets applied automatically in this state.

    I have the same problem

    I disabled all plugins except your plugin and woocommerce and it still doesn’t add automatically

    the coupon ‘tapfree’ should give free shipping for specific products

    Can you please add an option to apply it even if it 0 ? so to give free shipping for given products ?
