    Hello,
I want Adsense Auto Ads to only be displayed on my posts, nowhere else on the site, so I created an ad called Test Ads (essentially the Auto Ads code). In Display Options, I chose when the Specific Page is a post, and in placement, put it in the header and in the middle of content.

But the ad doesn’t show on the posts. When I check page source it shows me the code is there exactly where I placed it (after paragraph 9), but the ad doesn’t show.

I have also tried changing the placement, but it’s still the same.

    Can you please help?

    Thanks a lot,
    Poulomi

    Hi Poulomi,

    thanks for reaching out.

You’ll need the Auto Ads code only once in the header section of the pages where you want the feature populating your content with ads.

Please note that using this feature AdSense decides completely by themself where and whom to show ads.

It also may take a few days till Google registers the call for ads from your page and starts injecting.

I suggest making use of the Advanced Ads placements and manually injecting the ads in your content to have full control over which ads are being displayed.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,
    Henning

I followed exactly the instructions in the link you sent me.

In fact, following the instructions of this page, all I did was choose the Display Conditions as Post Type is Posts. And chose the placement as header, as instructed.

I have also removed the placement in the middle of the content now, but the ads still don’t show.

Please note that all I want to do is display Auto Ads only in my posts. Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

    Hi @poulomibasu,

I just found this thread and checked your website. I noticed that the Auto Ads code is injected into every page.

It seems that this injection is not coming from Advanced Ads. Google Site Kit could be the culprit.

Henning already sent you a link to the manual and what you report about the display condition that you chose sounds correct.

Since I currently don’t see any Auto Ads on your website, even though the Auto Ads code is correctly injected and you have an excellent ads.txt file, I assume that there could be a problem with your AdSense account.

I want kindly ask you to check these six AdSense-related causes why your Auto Ads don’t show up.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
