Auto-adding set content (text and hyperlink) to each post

I’ve done a quick search but couldn’t find anything relevant in the first page or so of results so if this is there then I apologise!

I’d like to add a short line of text including a hyperlink to every post, eventually there will be several people posting blog entries and I want this to be autoadded rather than me copying and pasting in every time…..
