Auto add to menu/page

I’m not sure I’ll ask this correctly but here goes! ??

I want to be able to create a page and have a link to it automatically show on a page. Not sure how to do this. Example:

Let’s say I have a training section of my site. On it is a list of training articles by name. When you click on one it takes you to the page for the article.

So now I create a new training article. I want the page I described above to automatically add the link to the list.

What is the best/easiest way to achieve this?
