Auto add roles from subsites?

I have a multisite and was wondering if this plugin allows for automatic signups to specific MailChimp lists based on role assignment in subsites. For example, if X user gets made an admin on subsite1.mynetwork.com, can they be automatically added to an “Admin” list in my MailChimp account? Many thanks!
