Auto add mandatory attribute per category

Is there a way to do / develop the following:

Admin define atributes in back end
Admin define atributes to be added automatically to product when selecting primary caregory

When creating a new product, seller is first invited to select the peimary category.
This automatically add predefined atributes to the new peoduct.

Atribute terms by category:
Admin define what are the terms that will appear for the atribute/category

For example:

For the category “mastress”, the admin predifined that mastress must have the atribute Type (terms: foam, box, futon) and thickness terms: 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm)

For another category, “lamp”, auto added atribute would be “type (terms: ceiling lamp, desktop lamp, floor lamp)
And voltage (terms 110v, 220v, bi-volts)

To compelte the spec, i would like to be able to filter attributes terms by seller:
First, admin create specific atribue terms for a seller.
When choosing the atribute, seller hoose between his own atributes terms.

For example:
Atribute “color”
Seller 1 has : “sky blue” and “ultramarine”

Seller 2 has the color atribute terms: panter pink and flower pink

On frontend, seller1 can only select its own colors and cannot use seller2 colors.
Very useful to standardize personal atrributes terms per seller avoiding to manage jundreds of specific terms.

Ok, this would be a specific dev. How can we study that ?
