Auto Accept Reviews

    I have changed WordPress’ settings to auto accept comments and everywhere else I can find however customer reviews are stuck in pending when we want these to be automatically accepted.

    I believe it could be this plugin that is stopping this from happening.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Please disable “Moderation of Reviews” option on the “Review Reminders” tab in the settings of the plugin.

    Thank you for getting back to me however that option isn’t enabled.

    Is there any other function that could be causing it?

    You’re welcome! Please check options in WordPress Settings -> Discussion -> Before a comment appears. If both checkboxes are disabled but comments/reviews still require manual approval, you must have some plugin that makes it mandatory to approve comments.
