    We’ve been using the auto-accept function and have most items set to “auto-accept” an offer that is at least 90% of the listed price. However, we just realized that when WE submit a counter-offer, the 90% rule is now applied to the counter-offered price.

    Example:

    ? Product listing: $360
    ? We received the first offer: $300
    ? We Counter-Offered: $324 (90% of $360)
    ? Buyer counter-offered at $295 and it was auto-accepted because $295 is within 90% of the $324 counter-offer.

    Aside from making every offer a “final offer” how can this rule be changed? This particular customer just took advantage of the system without knowing it…and we will likely lose money on the order.

    Interesting. Thank you for the feedback. We apparently missed that in our testing and you’re the first to report it.

    We will get that resolved and get a patch released ASAP!
