I absolutely love editorial calendar and use it all the time, however I have six authors who also contribute to A Traveler’s Library, and they are unable to use the calendar.

Your description says that authors can use the post to edit, move and post their posts, but the authors who use my site have not been able to use it. Any idea why?

Your description refers to the Sandbox to see how it looks, but entering “test” as password does not work, and I don’t see any “Alice Author” demo.

    Thanks,

    Vera

Thanks for using the Editorial Calendar. It looks like someone changed the test users’s password. I’ve changed it back. Thanks for catching that.

You can also log in as the user amy. Her password is test and she’s an author. If you go to the calendar as Amy you’ll see everyone’s posts, but only be able to edit your own.

Authors can see the calendar by default, but there are many ways to change the security settings on WordPress. If your authors are having trouble see the calendar you should check the security settings on your blog and any other plugins you may have added that change security.

    Good luck,
    Zack

Thanks, Zack. I think the problem on my site may have arisen when I forgot to name them as author when I set the date. USER ERROR!

Which brings us back to the need for a “change author” ability within the date block. PLEASE add that feature.

But I DO love this plug-in!!!
