Authors Unable to Post Mobile

I just put the mobile pack on my press site and my authors say that now their mobile wordpress apps are unable to post because it says they do not have proper access. I’d love to fix this as my authors use mobile apps a lot. I also don’t really want to have another domain rather than auto-detection of the browser.

If they try to use the web browser it says that the panel is disabled for non-admin users. I still can’t figure out how I would change this, any help would be appreciated. Since my authors and I use mobile apps, I would pretty much like the mobile site to run for people who are not logged or not authors/contributors.
