Author’s Twitter link not working

    I’m not sure if this is WordPress, my theme or a plugin but I believe it’s simply with WordPress.

    In my profile, the twitter link asks for the username with no “#” included, but the url presented does not add the Twitter url before the username. Instead the url is only the username even without any http or https. I tried entering the full URL but it won’t save.

    The link provided above is an example but true on any page or post with the author attributed. Look toward the bottom of the page.

    Rather than https://twitter.com/stinkykong, the url is stinkykong with no https:// or https:// or https://twitter.com/, just stinkykong

    You mentioned your profile asks for a twitter link. That is not native WordPress. Your profile page must be customized by either your theme or a plugin.

    Can you provide a screenshot?
