Authors stats not showing

    Hello,

    Since two weeks ago I cannot see the stats for individual authors of our blog. The stats for authors only show the views of my posts (admin) and the other authors do not show.

    Can you help, please?

    We’ll be happy to help look into what the issue may be here.

    As a first step, could you confirm whether ‘Count logged in page views from’ is currently enabled for authors, on your site? You can find this setting under Jetpack > Settings > Traffic and then in the box titled ‘Site Stats’.

    I do understand it was working previously though this will help us understand if something may be interfering with the stats feature on your site.

    If that setting is enabled, could you please share your site URL with us so we can investigate further?

    Hello.
    Thank you for the reply.
    The “Count logged in page views from” was not enabled for authors and editors. I have turned it on now, but it is still not working.

    I can see your Author stats at https://wordpress.com/stats/day/www.fciencias.com

    Are you still having trouble seeing them there?

    It is working now. I asked every single author to login and check the stats at wordpress.com. After that the stats become available again.
