Authors can’t save edits on published posts

  • Hi guys

    I have a team of authors who don’t have publishing capability: They can write and edit and save. Or could until the SAVE button disappeared.

    The capabilities they have are:
    Create pages
    Create posts
    Edit post subscriptions
    Edit posts
    Ef view story budget
    Promote users
    Read

    They can’t have edit pages because they’re not authoring pages but posts.

    Have I missed something in setting them up with the role editor that has caused the Save button to disappear? Their edits are autosaved but it’s causing them quite a bit of consternation.
