Authorizing Simply Instagram results in error at Rolly Bueno

I installed the plugin fine via WP-Admin > Plugins, and am using it as a widget.
However, in WP Admin > Settings > Simply Instagram, there is a red notice at the top that says, “Simply Instagram has not been setup correctly. Kindly authorize Simply Instagram.”
When I click the link to “authorize” it, nothing happens.
Below that is an Instagram button that says “Login”. Clicking on that takes me to a page at rollybueno.info that looks like this, saying “the page you’re looking for doesn’t exist. Try the menu.”
I’m stuck. I can’t “Authorize”, and the Instagram Login button yields nothing useful.
Any ideas? I’m excited to get this plugin working correctly. I like the screenshots I’m seeing – it looks to be probably the best of the Instagram plugins. Thank you in advance for your time coding this, and for your help.
