Authorizing accounts won't work

  • When installed first I created the app on Twitter, and filled in the correct consumer key and secret. Then the following message pops up:
    “You need to authorize your Twitter accounts.”
    Went to the plugin settings, clicked on the button “Authorize New Account” and got sent to Twitter. Looked all good, and clicked on the button “Authorize app”, and got sent back to my WordPress admin. To the Google Analytics for WordPress plugin. Why? I don’t know. But then the message “You need to authorize your Twitter accounts.” was still standing. Went to the plugin settings again and there was no account authorized.

    I guess it has something to do with Twitter?
