Authorize.net Return Receipt Help

Thank you for taking time out of your day to review my issue. I hope you are able to help me as this is an urgent matter (but I bet you hear this one a lot lol)
I setup the plugin and under the general settings area i have the “Return URL for Payments” set up and the code on that page is [EVR_PAYMENT].
When someone registers on the site, https://www.nationalmedicalacademy.com/main-registration-page/ (the codes on this page are {EVRREGIS} & {EVR_CALENDAR} ), they go through the process of selecting an event, when the window pops out they click “Register” and the page reloads and is asking for detail;s such as name address, etc, they select the number of people they want to register and then click “Submit”. After they click the “Submit” button they are brought to a “Verify” page and click “Confirmed”. Once they click “Confirmed” the page reloads and says “To pay online, please select the Payment button below.” and they click on “Register Now”. Once they click on “Register Now” it brings them to a page to enter payment details which include the same information they already entered on the registration page such as name address, etc (https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll).
Here is my problem
Once they click “Pay Now” it brings them back to the Main Registration Page and the URL is https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll.
How do I have them return to the page with the code EVR_PAYMENT
When they check their emails BEFORE making a payment it says “Click here to review your payment information” with the url having the page where the code is on. Once they click the link it brings them to the page saying they need to make a payment because an outstanding balance but there is no button or way to make a payment.
