Authorize.net Not Recording Invoice Numbers

  • I am using Woo Commerce and I see that Authorize.net is not recording invoice numbers for orders placed. I see in ANet documentation that no symbols are allowed in invoice numbers. Is this the problem. If so, I do not see a way to change that configuration in the WC settings.

    Any help would be most appreciated!

    How DOES one get support for this plugin?

    It may depend upon the plugin that you are using to perform the transaction with Authorize.net.

    Either that developer of that plugin can help you or someone from the community can guide you who checked your particular plugin. thanks
