• Great plugin, but needed to leave this bug somewhere just in case.

My setup is EDD (with Authoize.net add-on) + WooCommerce (with Authorize.net add-on), connected to an Authorize.net sandbox account. WooCommerce tested successfully every time, but EDD (set to use “Test Mode”) never would – returning the error of “Error: Error connecting to AuthorizeNet”. Removing it from “Test Mode” results in the error: “The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.”

The plugin maker was extremely helpful, and we tested this setup live with no problems.

Highly recommend this plugin, just know that this bug exists with WP 4.2.4 (haven’t tried it on 4.3 yet)

    Hi @c_lawlz,

Thank you for the feedback and sorry again about the hiccups we encountered in testing your Authorize.net sandbox account.

Note: technically these reviews / support forums are only for the free plugin distributed here on www.remarpro.com. Per www.remarpro.com support / forum policies, bugs / reviews of commercial add-ons cannot be posted here. Since Authorize.net is provided as a separate add-on and not included in the main, free plugin, the bug you encountered is not part of Easy Digital Downloads itself.

    Hi Pippin,

Sorry about that – where is the best place to leave this bug report (for public search)?
