Authorized User Not Recognized

    Do you get an error message?

    When you say “authorized user” what do you mean?

    Authorized address that is. No error message. It just does not pick up the email that is on the mailserver that is coming from the authorized address.
    I have looked carefully at the spelling of the email address. It fails to bring it into WordPress.

    Of course, now that I’ve retried it (after many previous attempts) it has worked. If I experience the problem again, I will contact you.
