Authorized redirect URL

Hi, I’m getting a similar issue to other people on this support forum where users are getting errors during checkout that their sumup transaction/payment failed and to try another card yet the payment is arriving in the SumUp account perfectly. What’s most strange is that it doesn’t happen every time, but I would say it’s most of the time, particularly given it’s happened every time over the last 4 or 5 orders. I’m not getting any response to the email support at the moment and I see the other posts on here haven’t got solutions yet. I’m wondering if it might be to do with the Authorized redirect URL in the OAuth client credentials set-up? I can’t see anywhere in the docs about what that should be, I’ve tried https://[site-url]/checkout/ and https://[site-url]/checkout/order-received/ – both of which seem to have worked sometimes and not worked sometimes, I was wondering if anyone had any info on what that URL should be? Could it be https://[site-url]/callback/ or just https://[site-url]/? I’m not sure even if it matters and I’m worrying about nothing. Any help very much appreciated. Thanks, Gareth
