Great plugin but it has a flaw, I found it when I was working in a client’s website. The recurring payments option only works on creating a customer profile without checking there is one already created within Authorize.net, not allowing the new subscription to be created, and without using the allowed 10 payment profiles per customer that authorize.net provides. For example, if a customer has an active subscription, and tries to create a second one, the system will provide a E00039 error: “Subscription settlement payment was declined by Authorize.Net. API: (E00039) A duplicate record with ID xxx already exists. E00039 A duplicate customer payment profile already exists”. This is a flaw that needs to be addressed as soon as possible, this is a great plugin and I would like to keep using it.

    Hi @bruceluis,

Thanks for reaching out, and we’d be happy to help!

As the Authorize.Net addon is a paid feature, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi @bruceluis,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
