    We are having an issue with the Authorize.Net plugin in our WooCommerce installation. We have purchased and using the latest version of https://woocommerce.com/products/authorize-net/ on our e-commerce website but we can not manage to process a credit card. It shows “An error occurred. please try again or try an alternate form of payment.” In the card expiration field, the plugin allows to input any character besides numeric character and does not formating expiration date properly. We checked the WooCommerce log and found the following error:

    Accept.js Error: payment nonce is missing

    Please help us figure the issue.

    We are using
    PHP – 7.4.9
    WordPress – 5.8.2
    WooCommerce – 5.9.0
    Authorize.Net – 3.6.2

    Thanks,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
    The best way to determine this is to:
    <ul>
    <li>Temporarily switch your theme to <a href="https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/" target="_blank">Storefront</a></li>
    <li>Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce</li>
    <li>Repeat the action that is causing the problem</li>
    </ul>

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. <a href="https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/">You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.</a>

    If the issue persists, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.`

    We already did the conflict test and that does not help. In the WooCommerce support section, there is no option to get support for an already purchased plugin. In my case, there is no option to select the Autorize.net plugin and submit a support ticket. Please advise.

    Thanks.

    Hi @ronewyork!

    Yes, there is!

    Kindly notice that you can get support for the Authorize.net plugin you already bought by going to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/, and selecting the Help with my extensions option.

    Then, where it says I need help with, select the Authorize.net plugin.

    After, fill in all the form information and where it says systems status, please paste the system status you find via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’.

    And you are all set.

    Let us know how it goes for you!

    Thanks, last time when I checked, I did not find any authorize.net option under “I need help with” select element. It seems to be showing now. I will submit the ticket now with the details you mentioned.

    Thanks
