Authorize.Net Payment gateway issue in Appointment Booking Calendar

    Hi Support,

    I am using Appointment Booking Calendar and i have added Authorize.Net Payment gateway from your developer before 1 year . But now i have an issue with Authorize.Net Payment gateway when i fill the form and enter all details a popup is generate and its says that “The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive” i checked details many times details are correct also change the account password and Transaction Key many time but still getting same error.

    please help me resolve this error.

    Hi,

    That error is referred to the API keys that links the plugin to your Authorize.net account, you may have to login into your Authorize.net account to double check verify the keys or update them if needed and then re-enter the keys into the custom plugin.
