Authorization without a password

Hi, I have just signed up an account with you and connecting up some sites. I have some that have connected without issue and some which display the following message:

`Authorization without a password (via a User Token) has been disabled. Please log in using your password.

To enable authorization without a password, please set the option ‘Allow login to Dashboard with User Token’ in the account settings.`

I’ve followed the links and can’t locate the setting which is described to enable this feature. Any guidance would be appreciated.
