Authorization Fails with Blank Page (iTheme Security)

    FYI, If you are using iThemes Security, and attempt to authorize, you will get a blank white page with no errors, but it will not authorize.
    Navigate to Plugins, Deactivate iThemes Security, Authorize the Facebook Publish Plugin, then Re-Activate iThemes Security.
