Author/Editor/Store Manager Role cannot access dashboard

  • Hi,

    We are using WooCommerce 2.3.13 and OXY theme.

    Our users with the role of Author, Editor or Store Manager cannot access the Dashboard. When they log in they are bounced to the WooCommerce storefront. Admins can access the dashboard without a problem.

    • I have tried using disabling most plug-ins, clearing the caches, and using a simple Woo theme.
    • I have tried going to dashboard pages directly where the user should have access without success.
    • I have searched for others with this problem, but haven’t found any solutions.

    Can anyone give some advice – have I missed something really basic? ??
