Author/User evaluation

Hello,

I’m trying to build an author evaluation:
Users could evaluate other users.

In author.php: I tried to use the shordtcode:
<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[site_reviews_form assigned_posts=”user_id”]’); ?>

But this solution didn’t link the evaluation to the current user bio page.
Is there another solution?
