Author Url pages throwing Timeout Error

    Hello Guest Author Team,

    We are using Newspaper theme with this plugin and we are having an issue.
    When we click the Author name (Please note that these author are the registered users and not the guest authors), the author page url keeps loading forever and finally throw a 502 error and sometimes 524 error – Timeout error.

    Can you please let me know if you could look into this? We can’t change Newspaper theme and we don’t want to change the Guest Author plugin as well. So, any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, since the Newspaper theme is a commercial-only theme, we can’t provide any help related to it.

    I think you guys should test the plugin with most of the highest selling themes, otherwise, why create the plugins in the first place at all?

    I was also checking all previous support answers and this is how you resolve most of the queries.

    Wordpresss should add one new button which would say “Cannot Resolved”.
