Author Title still showing up, even though it’s checked off

    Got a problem where above my author boxes in the boxed version, there’s a title that says ‘by’ on top.. I went to the setings for the boxed layout, turned off Show Title, resaved it and still when I clear cache and refresh, it’s still there. I can’t even use CSS to get rid of this word. How do I get rid of this?

    Wait. I think I know the problem. And it’s weird. I think it’s theme related. I’m using Generate Press and I have a number of elements that add ‘by’ next to the dynamically generated post author name and that’s why it’s also appearing on top of the author box.

    @databell96 Yeah that could be the reasons, since I did not find the “by” on the custom template that you shared.
