Author thumbnail & link not displayed sometimes on published plugin

I have published few plugins and sometimes what happens is, on published plugin page, under “Author” section, my profile picture & link to my account does not appear. When I login with my credentials, I am refused to get logged in. Then I try again for login and it does. Then after, it also shows my picture & link on published plugin page..

I hope I have made the things clear… Please help
