• Hello All,

I hope this is an easy fix. I would like for my blog page, and ONLY my blog page, to have a sidebar. When I set the theme to content, primary sidebar, it adds a sidebar to my about me page and the newsletter page. When I go into page attributes the only options are default and landing. I don’t have full width, sidebar, etc in the page attribute dropdown menu. In the default option, the pages have a sidebars. The landing page option removes both the sidebar and the header menu from the pages. Is there an easy fix–a checkbox I’m missing somewhere—or do I need to download additional page templates? If so, where do I find the page templates?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello.

If you are using the latest version of WordPress with the “block editor” you will see a Genesis Icon next to the gear icon in the top right area of your page.
When you open that you should see the option for “Layout”.
This is where you can select the “Full-Width Content” setting.

    I hope this helps.

    Kim,

Thank you so much. It worked like a charm. I knew it had to be something simple that I was missing. thought that I had clicked on everything possible to click on, but obviously I missed that.

    Thanks!
