Author Post Filter and Comment Links Broken

Greetings,

I’m using WordPress for a CMS and recently moved it from one directory to another. I had to manually change some library links and permalinks on the database but for the life of me can’t figure out what’s going on with the author post filter and leave a comment links.

Here is my post page for the site I’m working on. When you hover over the link to see all posts made by the author, in this case ryan, the link reads: glacialpace.comauthor/ryan/ completely ignoring the directory. As for the comments, when you hover over the leave a comment link it’s reading as a #respond option even when I’m logged out. I’m hoping these two issues are somehow related.

I have a test database and WordPress on my local server and after switching directories had the same problem.

I apologize if this has been posted before but I couldn’t find anything specific to this issue.
